When you hear the word insurance, I’m sure we all groan a little (or maybe a lot). A big part of this frustration is not knowing. We don’t understand the rules (which constantly change), we don’t understand the jargon, and we don’t have a roadmap to navigate this nightmare. I’m not going to lie – it is not a simple and easy system, and I don’t have the answers to all the problems. However, my goal is always to teach what I know, to help someone create a roadmap, understand the jargon and perhaps get through some of the problems they may be experiencing.
